All cancellations including DIA transportation must be made 24 hours prior to pick up and or-email or by calling.
This allows us to continue to offer competitive rates at a high quality service. We ask our clients to understand that no shows and last minute cancellations not only cost our company and drivers money, but our clients as well. Please note below are our specific policies for your type of reservation.
Cancellations and DIA airport transportation cancellations must be made within the allotted 48 hour time frames are entitled to a full refund of the base rate. Cancellation and processing fees of 20% will be applied and are non-refundable. Due to our round trip pricing and discounts, after one way is completed on round trip reservations, the return trip charges will be non-refundable. Holidays are excluded, all charges and fees including the drivers gratuity are non-refundable for cancellations regarding reservations falling on any holiday.
*Note: All cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the pick up will be charged the full price for the reservation.
